Tetrakeep terms of service

Tetrakeep is a tower defense game made by Drakecrystal. Play it at tetrakeep.com. By playing, you agree to these terms. Questions: support@tetrakeep.com.

Your account

You can play without an account. Signing in with Google or Apple (not yet available) is optional and only keeps your progress across phones. Keep your sign-in account safe; you are responsible for what happens on it. You can delete your account at any time from inside the game (see the privacy policy).

Fair play

When you play online (Daily boards, Hall of Heroes, ravens, co-op and friends), please:

• Don't cheat, change the game's code or data, or use bots or tools to get scores you didn't earn.
• Don't use names that are hateful, sexual, threatening, or that pretend to be someone else.
• Don't harass other players or abuse the report button.

If you break these rules, we may remove your scores, rename your player, hide you from the boards, or close your account.

Suspension and bans

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any player or account, remove scores, names or other content, and refuse access to the game or its online features, at any time and at our own discretion, with or without notice, especially when we believe these terms were broken or other players are being harmed. A banned player may not create a new account to get around the ban.

Beta

Tetrakeep is still in development. Features, balance and modes can change at any time, and saved progress or scores may be reset before the full release. We try to give notice in the game's "What's new" page.

Purchases

There is nothing to buy right now: during the beta the full game is free. If paid items such as the Keep Pass or cosmetics are added later, their price and what you get will be shown clearly before you pay, and these terms will be updated. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your country are not affected.

The game and its content

Tetrakeep, including all of its code, art, music, sounds, text, names, logos, characters and game design, is the property of Drakecrystal and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play the game for your own entertainment, which we can end at any time.

You may not:

• copy, modify, sell, rent, re-publish or host the game or any of its files;
• decompile, reverse engineer or extract its code or assets, except where the law expressly allows it;
• use the game, its name or its art in another product or to train other software.

You may stream the game and share your own videos and screenshots of it, including on monetized channels, as long as you don't present the game as your own.

Feedback and ideas

If you send feedback, ideas or suggestions (for example with the Beta button), we may use them freely to improve the game, without owing you anything.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Tetrakeep running, but the game is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of bugs. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using the game, such as lost progress. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Ending these terms

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We can end or suspend your access as described above, and we can change or stop the game or any of its features at any time.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new date. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.

Other

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a rule straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about Tetrakeep. If you live in the EU, you keep all the protections your country's consumer laws give you.
